Pai Mu Tan
The clear fresh taste is very soft, scented, flowery and mild with sweet notes and a delicious lingering finish. Pai Mu Tan translates to "White Peony". The tea is sun dried and then carefully roasted leaving the leaf whole with many silvery white tips. This tea is said to have many healing properties, and is rich in anti-oxidants.
